Instead, as a buying agent, we work with a fixed low rate of €950 all-in, if you choose to view the homes you are interested in yourself. Once you have made your choice, we will negotiate the price in consultation with you and make an offer. If you prefer us to go with you to inspect and view homes, our all-in rate is €1,950.
